Returns

We want every SkinBerry product to feel like it earned a place in your routine. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

What you can count on:

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Easy prepaid return shipping label provided; the shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
  • Self-serve returns portal—most returns take under five minutes to start.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for items that are:

  • Within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Unused and unopened, in their original packaging
  • Not marked Final Sale or part of a non-returnable bundle

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see “Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item” below. We'll request a photo so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Start a Return

Begin your return through our self-serve portal. Need more help? Email support@skinberrybeauty.com.

Visit our portal to begin. Most returns can be initiated in under five minutes.

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
    Visit [returns portal URL] and enter your order number and the email used at checkout.
  2. Select your item(s) and reason
    Select the items you'd like to return and tell us why. Your feedback helps us improve future products.
  3. Choose your resolution
    Refund to your original payment method, SkinBerry credit, or an exchange (depending on what's in stock).
  4. Print your prepaid return label
    We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack your items securely and drop the package at any [carrier] location. The return shipping cost ($6) will be deducted from your refund.
  5. We'll take it from there
    Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 5 business days or ship your exchange.

Refunds

Timeline

We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You'll get a confirmation email when it's on its way.

From there, give your bank another 5-7 business days to post it.

Where will my refund go?

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We're unable to redirect refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team at support@skinberrybeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Safety

If a seal is broken or anything seems off, stop using the product and reach out at support@skinberrybeauty.com.

The Fine Print

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. SkinBerry reserves the right to limit returns or refunds where this policy is being misused.
