SkinBerry formulas are berry-powered, clean, and developed for young skin. Featuring sensorial textures and playful packaging, SkinBerry makes skincare something to look forward to, while supporting healthy self-care habits from the start. We're also Dermatologist & Pediatrician tested, and clinically tested on ages 8-16.

Yes! SkinBerry formulas are custom formulated with developing skin in mind, which means we lead with gentle, skin nourishing care. We avoid harsh ingredients, unnecessary fragrance, and anything that might disrupt a young person's skin barrier. Our skincare products are clinically tested on ages 8-16, and Dermatologist & Pediatrician tested, so you can rest assured we've done the legwork to ensure our products are safe. That said, all skin is unique and we always recommend doing a patch test when trying a new product for the first time.

Our cleanse, hydrate, nourish routine is the ideal starter regimen. Our products work beautifully together, but they also layer well with other clean, gentle products you might already love.

We always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page before use. If your child has known allergies, please consult your healthcare provider. A patch test on a small area of skin is also a great first step when trying any new product.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

At this time, SkinBerry ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding our reach — sign up for our emails to be the first to know when we ship internationally!

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to follow your package in real time. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to our team.

First, check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, with a neighbor). If your package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact us at support@skinberrybeauty.com with your order number. We'll investigate and work with you to find a resolution.

We want you to love every SkinBerry product. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@skinberrybeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Reach out to our team at support@skinberrybeauty.com with your order number and a brief description of the return reasoning. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method once approved.
